A: Chances are your Safari browser has somehow been altered preventing you from viewing the proper toolbar options to aid in accessing the internet. If you come across the following window when opening your Safari browser you simply need to restore your toolbar:

In order to restore your default settings Click on 'View' in your top menu bar and select "Show Toolbar"

This should restore your default toolbar options. In order to customize what menu options are available to you in the toolbar simply click on View then select 'Customize Toolbar'. In this window you can drag and drop various toolbar options that you may utilize while using your Safari browser.
