Setting up Autodiscovery DNS records for Exchange

If you have been set up with an Exchange account, you will need to set up Autodiscovery in order to allow Outlook and other e-mail clients to be able to connect (Outlook 2010 and later use Autodiscovery to pre-populate settings based on your domain name).

To set up Autodiscovery, please log into your domain's DNS settings (if you are unsure who this is, contact tech support for assistance) and set up the following entry:

Record type: SRV

Name: @
Target: exch01.smartt.com
Protocol: _tcp
Service: _autodiscover
Priority: 0
Weight: 0
Port: 443
TTL: 1 hour
