Q: How and when do I receive billing and invoices?

A: Invoices are sent to each customer by email to the contact email address or alternate email address designated by the customer. The invoices are sent in both PDF & text format.
Customers are sent invoices on the 9th of each month. The invoice details the services for the next month and details the usage of the previous month's services and extra charges.
