Q: What should I do if I want to change my plan?

A: If you decide to change your plan please call us at 604-473-9700 or email your request to sales@smartt.com. All account changes are made on the first of each month. We require a 48-hour notice prior to the end of the month for any changes to be made. For business customers we require a written request (via fax or e-mail) for these changes.
